    To obtain technical hardware and software information from a PC, run the dxdiag program by searching for it from the Start menu. In dxdiag, click "Save All Information" to generate a text file containing system details.     1. In the search box next to Start on the taskbar, type dxdiag. Click on dxdiag software from the list of results.

    2. In the bottom of the software click on “Save all information…”
