Hi Max,
I’m worry about you because I see you very tired all day and you told me that you
haven’t been sleeping well for 3 months. Fortunately, I have explored different
websites on Google and I saw some useless tips that would help you to sleep better
and feel less stressed.
First, I remember that you have stress all day because of your work, so it’s very
important to deal with your worries to be more relaxed. I read that talk about your
problems with a phycologist would help to manage your issues.
Otherwise, as you should know, different studies indicate that drink some liquid with a
melatonin supplement after dinner, helps improve sleep quality. Nevertheless, experts
also say that it’s important to don’t use your smartphone an hour before you go to
bed. In addition, you shouldn’t take a nap during the day. Thus, your body would get
used to stay more active during day and relaxing in the night.
I hope these tips helps you with your sleep problems. All of us need that you feel
better with yourself.
Take care,
Joel
