El presente proyecto de acuerdo al Clasificador Funcional Programatico de Proyectos. Por las caracteristicas de infraestructura vial el PIP se encuentra comprendido en: Funcién 15: Transporte: Coresponde al nivel méximo de agregacién de las acciones para la consecucién de los objetivos vinculados al desarrollo de la infraestructura aérea, terrestre y acudtica, asi como al empleo de los diversos medios de transporte, Incluye la formulacién, direccién y supervisién de poltticas referentes a actividades de transporte. Programa 033: Transporte Terrestre: Conjunto de acciones desarrolladas para regular el transporte Terrestre.
