In this regard, second opportunity of personal hearing on the above Show Cause
Notice has been fixed on 11.02.2022 at 12:10p.m. before the Assistant Commissioner of
CGST&C.Ex., Madhavaram Division, Chennai North Commissionerate at Newry Towers,
No.2054-1, 1st Floor, 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600040.
You may express your convenience to attend either
through personal appearance
or virtual hearing online on the date/ time fixed for the personal hearing, as per which link
will be provided to you in case of virtual hearing. Further, the reply to the Show Cause
Notice/ written submissions, and necessary documents/ records in respect of the above
ShowCause Notice may also be furnished in support of your defense.
