I confirm that I have known Oliver Smith for 6 years. A work as a teacher of Maths at St.Nicolas Catholic
School in Prešov, Slovakia. My evaluation of his academic performance in his class is that he is a person
with a great talent to solve any problem, he is very good in dealing with people, he has responsibility and
good character.

I don´t know about any anger issues. Oliver is friendly, he works on himself hardly. I have never seen any
sign of using drugs or alcohol abuse.

Oliver´s verbal communication skills are on a very high level. He is good at presenting his opinion, having
arguments. He has pleasant behavior and calm attitude.

I was always suprised how quickly Oliver has learnt and understood new facts on our lessons. He has been
hard-working student with excellent academic results and has demonstrated perseverance and determination.

I have found Oliver honest, reliable, strong-minded person with admirable team working and social skills,
he is punctual, dutiful, he has always coped with stress successfully. I am sure that all that skills make him
a very good candidate.
