    1016 spindle alarm

    Have 1016 spindle alarm, contact with Fanuc which say alarm is on
    LEADWELL/Machine Tool Builder side. Could you please send any
    DESCRIPTION information regarding to alarms for these machines as all the manuals we
    have do not include alarm lists.

    This spindle may concern with spindle failure due to overload, overheat,
    OVERHAUL etc. We therefore recommend a primary check

    OF a. is the spindle load high during turning? If the turning


    specification adjust help reduce it.
    PROCESS b. any alarm on the spindle servo to check Fanuc book
    maintenance.
