Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, note = This vaccine protects against serious pneumococcal disease
and pneumonia.

HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccine, category= Instance based for countries such as Rhode Island,
Virginia, Puerto Rico and Columbia.

Hepatitis B vaccine, category= Instance based because it is used when your immune system is weak
because of AIDS or is used when a baby is born immature

Shingles vaccine, category= Mandatory because people above the age of 60 have an increased chance of
getting shingles, which is a painful rash that develops on one side of the face or body.

Pneumococcal conjugate virus, category= Instance based because people 5-18 should receive it if they
have certain medical conditions that makes there immune system weak, and adults 19-64 with certain
medical conditions that make their immune system weak.
