Physical Self

Physical self describes how an


individual views his health
condition, body, and physical
appearance.

appearance, and your skin.
Physical Self

The Physical Self is the


concrete dimension, the tangible
aspect of the person that can
be directly observed and
examined.
Intellectual Self
Intellectual self-confidence is the ability
to work outside a narrow definition of
subject-matter expertise, to think
flexibly and creatively about how one's
existing skills and knowledge can be applied
to a problem at hand, to switch between
projects as needed, and to learn about
new topics and methods as needed.
Emotional Self

Emotional Self Awareness is the


capacity to tune into your own
feelings, sense inner signals, and
recognize how your feelings
affect you and your
performance.
Emotional Self

It allows us to understand how


our bodily sensations and our
emotions impact ourselves,
others, and our environment.

the typical emotions you seldom
have, the emotions you try to
avoid, the emotions you
particularly enjoy, the emotions
from your past and present, and
the emotions that are linked to

Sensual Self allows ample room
to record your process and
express yourself, giving you
space for intimate
conversations with yourself
surrounding your pleasure and
desires.
Interactional Self
Interactional self. includes your
description of your strengths &
weaknesses in intimate
relationships and relationships
to friends, family, classmates
and strangers in social settings

Nutritional Self
Nutritional self-reliance refers to
the capacity of individuals and
communities to make their own good
decisions relating to their
nutrition. The issue is important
because some nutrition
interventions weaken the abilities
and motivations of people to
provide for themselves.
Contextual Self

Defining ourselves significantly by


what is really just the setting in
which we exist.
Spiritual Self

Your Spiritual Self is you in your


most beautiful and powerful form.
It is the authentic self, the
unconditioned part, the you
without patterns.
Spiritual Self

Spiritual purpose is about


establishing a set of values,
principles and beliefs that give life
meaning to you, and then using
them to guide the decisions and
actions you take.
