Thanks for your last email. It was lovely to hear from you. I am pleased that your friends decided to
come to Bulgaria. I would love to help them choose which city to visit.

One amazing city with historical buildings and beautiful nature is Pleven. A unique building that your
friends should visit is Panaroma. It is the only monument of its kind on the Balkans. The building is
dedicated to the liberation of Pleven and the paintings represent the battles during the Russo-Turkish
war. Another area where they can spend time is the St Nedelya Church in Batak. The church is
connected with the April Uprising and about two thousand Bulgarians were slaughtered and killed in
it.

In May the weather is warm and ideal for tourism. Despite the good weather, there are not many
tourists and it will be perfect to see everything you want.
