To qualify for the AMD Game Code Giveaway promotional offer, Participant agrees to the
following Terms and Conditions.

To accept the offer, Participant will need to register or create an account on

AMDRewards.com. Creating an account is free. By registering for an account on
AMDRewards.com, Participant agrees to the AMD Privacy Policy and the website Terms
and Conditions.

There is a limit of one (1) code per Participant/e-mail address while supplies last.

Timing

The AMD Game Code Giveaway promotional offer is available beginning December 7th,
2022 and ending January 7th, 2023 or when supply of game codes is exhausted,
whichever occurs first.

The game code must be redeemed by January 7th, 2023.

How to Redeem

1. Visit https://www.amdrewards.com/register to sign up for a user account if

Participant does not already have a user account.
2. Log-in to Amdrewards.com
3. Input the game code on the website and provide all requested information, as
required. Participant may be required to expressly agree to privacy and other
terms.
4. AmdRewards.com is only provided in the following languages: English, French,
German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian,
Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.
5. Coupon Code may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, offered as a prize, or in
any way alienated by a Participant or any other person without the express
consent of AMD, Inc. AMD, Inc. reserves the right to take any and all actions at
its disposal to stop unlawful use of the game code, including without limitation
seeking injunctive relief, disqualifying a Participant, or voiding a particular game
code.
6. Game code has no cash value. Game codes are for personal use only (i.e., no
commercial use including but not limited to use in an internet café environment).
7. Minimum specifications needed to play the application can be found at the
application provider’s website.
