Pre-Breakfast 7:30 - one glass detox water (pinch of HEENG+ ½ tbs

Breakfast 9:00 - 9:30 ( PAPAYA (3-4 slices )+ PINAPPLE (2-5


slices ) or GUAVA-1/ ORANGE-1)

11:00 one glass detox water ( carry for office)

1 lt water add Tulsi leaves 7-8 +elachi 1 dalchini power 1/2 tbs + laung 1-2 + ginger
1/2 tsp boil it

Mid-Morning 12:00 - 12:30 one cup green tea / Lemmon+


pich of dalchini power

lunch 2:00 - chapati ( use jo / jwar / bajra atta / ots atta + green
vegetables+ salad )

Vegetable: palak / sag / methi / carrot/ beans / capsicum/ lauki / tori / tinda /
palwal / mix veg / onion + tomatto+ petha / ladyfinger

4:00 Reheat Detox Water

Eve Snack 5:30 one cup green tea + PUMKIN & SUNFLOWE SEED
1Tsp + soaked almond 2-3 / walnut / makhane 10-12

6:00 pm Walk

7:00 detox water

8:00 - 8:30 One Ots + Dalia + cheela ( jo/jwar/ragi ) + add onion+


Tomatto+ Carrot + Beans+ Capsicum/ green Chatni

One glass detox water (pinch of HEENG+ ½ tbs JEERA + pinch AJWAIN) boil it
2-3 min and drink it

Night walk 1hrs and


take 3.5 lt water
