Hebrews chapter 12 verse 1 says therefore we also since we are surrounded by so

faith Saints all these things can trip us up

As we run toward Jesus and this is an important message because a lot of people are
unknowingly tripping themselves up in their walk with God because of what they
entertain you're carrying around unnecessary weight when you're meant to be running
for Christ and running to Christ on this topic I love the directness of Matthew
chapter 18 verse 8 to 9 because the Bible says if your hand or foot causes you to
sin cut it off and cast it

From you it is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed rather than having
two hands or two feet to be cast into the Everlasting fire and if your eye causes
you to sin pluck it out and cast it from you it is better for you to enter into
life with one eye rather than having two eyes to be cast into Hell Fire what Jesus
is talking about here is exactly what Hebrews chapter 12 verse 1

Help me to see who or what I have allowed in my life that should not be there Lord
I surrender to you and I give you permission to do as you please in my life if I
have people around me who are pulling me back and discouraging me remove me from
such company if I am pursuing wealth money and riches instead of seeking you first
I pray that you will remove this desire from me

eye causes you to sin pluck it out and cast it from you because it is better to
enter eternal life lame or maim with one eye than to be cast into hell have mercy
on me Lord and help me to identify that which is causing me to sin in my life give
me the strength to cut it out give

Me the strength to walk away father for every desire that does not glorify you I
pray that you would remove it from my heart for every plan that doesn't involve you
or any plan that seeks to feed my selfish ambition remove it from me Lord your word
in Job chapter 11 verse 14 says if iniquity is in your hand put it far away and let
not Injustice dwell in your tents

Lord if sin is in my hand help me to put it far away from me let there be no wrong
doing in my life I pray and declare Psalms 51 verse 1 to 3 which says have mercy
upon me o God according to your loving kindness according to the multitude of your
Tender Mercies blot out my transgressions Wash Me thoroughly from my iniquity and

Kindness I thank you for your Tender Mercies as I strive to walk in obedience to
your word I pray that you would strengthen me and give me the grace to stand strong
