Your services shall stand automatically terminated on expiry of the period of current contract. 5) C-DAC reserves the right to end the contract and terminate your services by giving 45 days’ notice or 45 days’ salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason, 6) You will be required to give 45 days’ prior notice in writing if you wish to resign from the contract service.
