விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள்:-

1. தங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட பெயர் பரிமாற்ற ஆணை, மின்சார வாரிய சேவை

இணைப்பின் பெயர் பரிமாற்ற நோக்கத்திற்காக மட்டுமே. இதை ஒரு சட்ட ஆவணமாகவும்
அல்லது வேறு எந்த நோக்கத்திற்காகவும் குறிப்பிடப்படக்கூடாது. இந்த உத்தரவின்
தேதியிலிருந்து அனைத்து எதிர்கால ரசீதுகளும் உங்கள் பெயரில் வழங்கப்படும்.

2. தங்களுக்கு பின்னர் தேதியில் பெயர் பரிமாற்றம் தொடர்பான சேவை இணைப்பு

தேவைப்படுமாயின், கூடுதல் ஆவணங்களை சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு கேட்கப்படுவீர்கள்,
தவறினால் பெயர் பரிமாற்ற ஆணை ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு அசல் பெயருக்கு மாற்றப்படும்.

3. தங்கள் பெயர் பரிமாற்றம் தொடர்பாக தயாரித்த எந்தவொரு பதிவுகளும் தவறானவை

என நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டால், எந்த நேரத்திலும் மேற்கண்ட பெயர் பரிமாற்ற உத்தரவை ரத்து
செய்ய பிரிவு அதிகாரிக்கு முழு உரிமை உண்டு என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்க.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. The Name Transfer Order issued is for the purpose of Name Transfer of Electricity
Board Service Connection only. It should not be cited as a legal document or for any other
purpose. All future bills will be issued in your name with effect from the date of this order.

2. You shall be asked to furnish the additional documents, if required in connection with
the name transfer on later date, failing which the name transfer order will be cancelled
and will be reverted to the original name.

3. Please note that the section officer shall have full rights to cancel the above Transfer
order at any time if it is proved that any of the Records Produced by you in connection
with your Name Transfer is found to be false.
