Good Day.

The Department of Education, Bula District, will conduct an activity entitled “ 2022 DIVISION FESTIVAL OF
TALENT FOR CULTURE AND ARTS”, an annual activity that provides the students and teachers the opportunity
to showcase their talents in the field of arts, with the purpose of ensuring and sustaining the propagation of
the rich culture of our province- Camarines Sur.

The aforementioned activity is scheduled this coming December 10, 2022, at Balaogan, Bula Camarines Sur, a
whole day activity with different competing events which will be participated by more or less 90 students,
excluded the coaches and assistance which are the teachers of San Ramon High School.

Notwithstanding the given support by the parents, the SPTA, with regards to the proposed expenses intended
thereat, the coordinator and the coaches is struggling to fill up the deficiencies of funds gathered from
parents. However, we are positively looking for the realization of the participation of San Ramon High School
to the said activity by asking your support financially or in any form to finance or afford the transportation
cost, food, and other material needed for the said event. Any amount or material be rendered from yours is a
substantial factor for the aforementioned number of students to enable them to participate in this annual
activity. We will pray that the Lord God will Bless you more for your kindness.
