Dear All,
We are pleased to announce Jio Fiber December Special Incentive for Urban Jio Point Managers (UJPM) & Home
Sales Officers (HSO). Details are as follows:

Scheme Period: 1st December 2022 to 31st December 2022

Scheme Details
• The incentive scheme is applicable on new customer acquisition on select set of plans
• Eligible Acquisition Plans: ₹599 (6-months & 12-months) and ₹899 (3-months, 6-months & 12-months)
• Incentive Pay-out: Rs.25 per unit on eligible acquisition plans
• The above incentive pay-out shall be over & above the base incentive and volume slab incentive
• Eligibility Condition: UJPM/HSO should qualify & earn incentive in base incentive scheme of Dec ‘22

Terms and Conditions

1. New customer acquisition will be calculated as defined in base incentive scheme.
2. All eligible new customer acquisitions done in the scheme period will be eligible for incentive payout.
3. Incentive payout is subject to successful activation and installation of services.
4. If ORN is generated in scheme period, and installation/activation happens in January 2023 or later, then no
payout will be applicable under this scheme
5. For payout, activations shall be done by UJPM/HSO through his/her own PRM ID ONLY
6. Any new customer acquisition done by partners (JA Fiber or others) shall NOT be considered towards slab or
payout calculations for UJPM/HSO
7. Subsequent recharges and booster will not be eligible for incentive payout calculation.
8. Company system calculated data will be final and binding for achievement, calculation & payout
9. For all target linked / slab-based schemes, while every effort would be made to make enough home connect
material available for installation and activation of JioFiber services, non-availability of material will not be
considered as a reason for any non-achievement & no claims thereof shall be entertained.
10. Any mis-utilization of scheme can lead to the cancellation of the scheme. Participation in the scheme is
purely voluntary.
11. Reliance Retail Ltd. or its authorized representative reserves the right to audit or alter or terminate the
scheme without notice.
12. In case of dispute, Reliance Retail Ltd. decision is final.
13. RRL reserves the right to withhold/modify/terminate the scheme without any prior notice.
14. Incentives will be subject to TDS Deduction as per prevailing rules.
