These committees must attend the orientation meeting via zoom on February 9, 2022 at 9:30AM. Zoom meeting credentials will be sent later thru messenger application. Due to the urgency of the evaluation, the members of the committees may work after regular working hours and on Saturdays anc holidays within the evaluation schedules. Service rendered may be applied for Compensatory Overtime Credit (COC)/ Service Credit (SC) upon submission of the accomplishment report, DTR and other supporting documents duly attested by the Chairmen of the committee and subject to the existing guidelines of the CSC and DBM. Rating Period: July 1, 2016 to June 30,2019 B. Procedures of Evaluation a. Each faculty shall be provided witi the prescribed form by the dean/progrem chair. b, The original document shall be presented to the Program Deans/chair prior to authentication of photocopied documents c. The documents shall be pre-evaluated by the concerned faculty using black ink (use CCE Rating sheet and QCE Forms) d. Each document for CCE shall be labelled by item number found in the CCE rating sheet. Labels shall be at the upper right page of the documents, e. The pre-evaluated documents shall be submitted by the faculty to the LEC for evaluation and review on or before February 25, 2022. The LEC shall start the evaluation of documents on February 28 - March 18, and shall write their evaluation in the CCE Rating Sheet in blue ink. The IRC shall start the review of documents on March 23 ~ Apri 23, and shall write the results in the CCE Rating Sheet in black ink. f. The local draft print-out of evaluation shall be posted for dissemination to the faculty after the evaluations of the LEC and IRC have been accomplished, Rectification requests shall be accommodated for necessary rectification of points in the draft print-out within two (2) days after the date of posting. 9. After considering the requests for rectification, the final print-out from the IRC shall be posted and shall be forwarded to the Zonal Center, BU Legaspi City, together with two sets of CCE and QCE folders of each faculty on April 2022 C. Preparation and Packaging of Documents 1. Each faculty shall prepare three (2) sets of photocopied CCE documents and two (2) sets of QCE documents. All documents should be stamped “true photocopy of the original”. One set of CCE and QCE document shall be retained at the dean's office. Each set shall be compiled in separate folders fastened on the left side. Folders are color coded, to wit: a.
