Dept. 2) Agenda items: Motivating the entire department HOD’s for improving the Institute level on the first day of New Year. 3) Tasks: © First lecture of all the departments head should be free. * API forms to be filled up at the earliest, all the HOD’s should circulate the same to all the staff members of their respective department. 4) Action to be taken: * Lectures should be strictly conducted in English. * Provide notes to the students in advance. * Prepare students list for counselors along with their parents contact number and Provide the same to the counselors. Contact all the students who are still irregular and make efforts to make them attend classes regularly. Subject coordinator should be only one person ‘Mid sem. exam papers are to be submitted only by the HOD to GTU Coordinator. Prepare books requirement after verifying the books in the library.
