1. This ticket is non-refundable, but is transferable.
2. The festival is open to all ages — children 35
inches tall and below may enter for free. Minors (15
years old and below) must be accompanied by a
ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Following the ratio
of 1 adult: 2 minors
3. Minors, pregnant and P WD are required to sign a
waiver upon entry.
4. P ark rules are to be strictly followed during the
duration of the event.
