‘Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) isa process of physically tapping

1. How would you identify your stress level right now? Give it a number from Oto 10 where Ois
the most relaxed and 10 is extremely stressed.
2.How do you want to feel (calm, confident, balanced, focused, relaxed, etc.)?
3.Fillin this sentence: | have been feeling. am tapping to feel more
4, Look at the picture above. Tap each of the tapping points 5-7 times while saying your sentence.
5.Repeat three times.
‘6.Now how do you feel? Has your stress level shifted? Give it a number from 0 to 10.
7. Do not worry if the numbers have not shifted. Take a few deep breaths and repeat the process
later in the day.
