Essential Educational Qualification
Qualification
(A) EDUCATIONAL:
i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute;
ii) Bachelor of Education from a recognized university / institute; and
(B) EXPERIENCE: Ten years’ experience of teaching (Vice Principal / Post
Graduate Teacher / Trained Graduate Teacher) in a recognized High School
/ Higher Secondary School / Senior Secondary School / Intermediate
College.
Modalities adopted for scrutiny of the details of Essential Qualification for
Modalities calling the candidates for interview for the instant recruitment case is in
consonance with the Recruitment Rules and Essential Qualification as
mentioned in the Advertisement for the post.
(i) Matriculation/Higher Secondary Certificate/Marksheet showing date
of birth.
(ii) Caste Certificate in Prescribed Format/EWS Certificate in prescribed
format.
For OBC candidates: OBC Certificate should be issued by Govt. of NCT of
Delhi. OBC/Non-creamy Layer certificate issued by Competent Authority
and issued on or after 01.04.2018 has been accepted.
For EWS candidates: EWS certificate is valid for the year 2020-21 or 2021-
22. The posts were advertised vide Advertisement No. 07/2021 published on
24.04.2021 with closing date 13.05.2021. Due to covid-19 pandemic, the
posts were re-advertised dated 10.07.2021 with closing date 29.07.2021.
Therefore, EWS certificate was considered for the year 2020-21 or 2021-22.
(iii) Master’s Degree/B.Ed Degree or Provisional certificate as per the
Essential Qualification mentioned in Advt. No. 07/2021 alongwith
marksheets of all the academic years/final year.
(iv) Ten years’ experience of teaching (Vice Principal / Post Graduate
Teacher / Trained Graduate Teacher) in a recognized High School /
Higher Secondary School / Senior Secondary School / Intermediate
College.
 The candidate having exp. as Guest Teacher/School
Assistant/Primary Teacher/Part Time Teacher is not considered
relevant experience. The candidate having experience as Assistant
Teacher (for U.P and Uttarakhand) is considered relevant.
The candidate having experience as Assistant Professor in
University/College is not considered relevant.
(v) PH certificate in prescribed format (for PH candidates only)
(vi) Certificate of Govt. Servant in case the candidate has claimed age
relaxation for Govt. Servant. Only those candidates have been
considered for age relaxation who produce the exp. from
Central/UT/State Govt. Schools.
The candidate claiming age relaxation (Govt. Servant) for
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya etc. has not been
considered relevant.
(vii) An Affidavit regarding difference or spelling in name/father’s name
in documents/certificates and ORA.
