SUBJECT : NOTICE OF THE EFF NATIONAL SHUTDOWN

Receive Revolutionary Greetings,

1. The above matter bear’s reference.

2. The EFF Gauteng Province wishes to inform you of our intended National Shutdown on the 20th of
March 2023. As such, all schools, retail stores, businesses and public roads will be shutdown.

3. This national shutdown is a cry to rescue the future of this country and all its citizens, we demand
a steady supply of electricity and call for the resignation of Cyril Ramaphosa. This day must be
seen for what it is, a day of freedom where all the people join hands to protect this nation.

4. We call on all residents of Gauteng to join the picket lines, for enough is enough! We must act
now.

5. The National shutdown will take place on the following day:
