Your customers sorted by name

• Feature: Lists your customers and displays the customer name, code, and location
• Filter applied: Customers of a user sorted by name

Search for a customer

• Feature: You can search for a customer by name or customer number

Favorites and filtering

• Feature: You can mark a customer as a favorite and find them


more easily through filtering. You can also sort the customer list
alphabetically

Customer Contact Information

• Feature: Under Contact Information, you can find contact information for customers, access their website, or send them an email.
• Fiori App: Manage Business Partner Master Data

Customer Key Contacts

• Feature: You can find your key contacts for a customer, including their email and phone number under Key Contacts. You can call or send
an email to the contact person from here. The communication information (phone number and email address) is the business contact
information of the contact at the customer and not their private information.

Customer Key KPIs – Invoice Amount Overdue

• Feature: You can find the Invoice Amount Overdue under the key KPIs section on the Customer Overview page
• Applied Filter: Sum up all amount for overdue periods to the current date of the selected customer

• Fiori App: Overdue Receivables

Customer Key KPIs – Total Receivables

• Feature: You can find the Total Amount Receivables under the key KPIs section on the Customer Overview page
• Applied Filter: Sum up the amount of total receivables to the current date of the selected customer
• Fiori App: Total Receivables

Customer Key KPIs – DSO Last 12 Months

• Feature: You can find the “Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Last 12 months” info under the key KPIs section on the customer overview page
• Applied filter: Last 12 months Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of the selected customer
• Fiori App: DSO Fiori Library

Customer Key KPIs – Number and Amount of Disputes

• Feature: You can find the “Number of Disputes” and “Amount of Disputes” under the key KPIs section on the customer overview page
• Applied Filter: Sum up the number and amount of open disputes to the current date of the selected customer

Customer Sales Volume and Profitability KPIs

• Feature: You can find the key KPIs for sales volume, net sales costs, and profit margin on the customer overview page. The year-to-date
(YTD) KPIs are displayed right under the section’s title; the KPIs for the last quarters are shown on the chart. You can view each KPI
number of a quarter by tabbing on corresponding parts of the chart.
• Applied filter: Year-to-date KPIs for current year and for the last 5 quarters of the selected customer
• Fiori App: Sales Volume

Sales volume per material

• Feature: You can find the Sales Volume KPIs per material under the Sales Volume per material section on the customer overview page
• Applied filter: Top 10 year-to-date sales volume by material of the selected customer
• Fiori App: Sales Volume

Contracts List

• Feature: You can find the contract list of a customer for the last 12 months under this section on the Contracts tab
• Applied Filter: Sales contracts of the selected customer

News Feed

• Feature: You can find external news about the customer under the News Feed section on the customer overview page. The news comes
from Bing News Service
• Applied filter: Top 8 news, searched by customer name
• Legal Disclaimer: In case the Software accesses the Bing News Service (BN Service) through a Bing News API, Company’s use of the BN
Service is subject to Microsoft’s Terms of Use . Company does not accept such Microsoft Terms of Use, including, but not limited to all
limitations and restrictions therein, you or Company may not use the BN Service in the Software. Company acknowledges and agrees that
use of the BN Service in or through the Software will constitute Company’s acceptance of Microsoft’s Terms of Use. Company’s usage of
BN Service within the Software can be terminated by SAP without stating any reason at any time. In that case SAP is not required to provide
an equivalent service via another provider. Company is not entitled to seek any damages thereof. The same principles will apply to any other
news service, SAP might integrate into the Software in the future.

Account Receivables KPIs – Future Receivables

• Feature: You can find the future receivables amounts of a customer from different time periods under this KPI card on the Accounts
Receivables tab.
• Applied filter: Future receivables to the current date based on the intervals as defined in the SAP Fiori app for the selected customer
• Fiori App: Future Receivables

Account Receivables KPIs – Overdue Receivables

• Feature: You can find the overdue receivables amounts of a customer from different time periods under this KPI card on the Accounts
Receivable tab.
• Applied filter: Overdue receivables amounts until current date with the overdue periods as defined in underlying Fiori app for the selected
customer
• Fiori App: Overdue Receivables - Fiori Library

Account Receivables KPIs – DSO Trend

• Feature: You can find the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) trend of a customer over the last 12 month under this KPI card on the Accounts
Receivable tab.
• Applied filter: DSO trend in the last 12 months for the selected customer
• Fiori App: Days Sales Outstanding

Account Receivables – Invoices List

• Feature: You can find the invoice list of a customer under this section on the Accounts Receivable tab
• Applied filter: Invoices and Credit Memos posted in the last 12 months for the selected customer
• Fiori App: Managed Customer Line Items

Profile Screen

Features: On the profile screen, you can do the following:


• Report an Issue: After choosing the “Report an Issue” link on the profile screen, a report email opens. This email includes prefilled
information about the app version, the device model, and the iOS version, together with a log file, which contains information that
archives the logical flow of the app, such as error messages or (view) controller-related information. This helps the development
team analyze the issue. The email never contains any personal information. You can also choose to be cc'd in the email.
• Share the app with friends or colleagues
• Sign-out: Please keep in mind that if you sign out your data, including the favorites, are deleted
