She has worked under my supervision at Sonshine Child Care Center from February 2021 to the present. ‘We have children ranging in age from 6 weeks through young school age. She has successfully worked in every classroom and has also been responsible for opening and closing the center. She has several strengths to offer an employer. For example, she is a quick learner and willing to do any task that is needed. During this time, I have observed the hard work and dedication she has applied to the job. She has shown initiative, and continuous professional growth. She has a positive attitude and is eager to learn. While working with young children she has shown good leadership skills. She handles herself with confidence in small groups as well as large. Maddyrae has also proven to maintain a ‘well-controlled and disciplined classroom by using a variety of developmentally appropriate activities. She is always aware of each child’s individuality and strives to accommodate each child’s needs. | feel she will be an asset to any program and will be able to provide a plethora of games, songs, educational activities, and management skills. Maddyrae is very conscientious, reliable, organized, dependable and resourceful with a strong work ethic and has an excellent attendance record. She has had the opportunity to work with several different staff and numerous parents and has always had a good rapport with each one. She keeps open lines of communication with children as well as staff and parents and is very approachable, pleasant and sensitive. In conelusion, I enjoy working with Maddyrae because she takes her job seriously and is a team player. She would be a positive addition to your organization.
