VISION:

To produce quality, relevant, and productive graduates by employing best practices and actively
diffusing a culture of research and excellence.

MY EXPLAINATION:

Usually, when we think of a vision, we think of stategic statements that outline the purpose and
priorities for many organizations like businesses and institutions. Vision is the ultimate goal where we
hope to see something in the future. School visions motivate and unify evryone to be their best, not just
the students.

MISSION:

An academic institution of excellence highly responsive to the evolving culture and practice of teaching
and learning for quality education that is committed to producing empowered, productive and globally
competitive individuals.

MY EXPLAINATION:

Mission statement may describe a school's day-to-day operational objectives, its intructional values,or
its public commitments to its students and community.

GOALS OF DARAGA COMMUNITY COLLEGE:

1. Provide a high quality education of each student to fully develop his knowledge, desirable values
and skills of learning.
2. Provide a safe, caring, disciplined and stimulating environment in which each individual is
challenged and enriched by learning within a culture of mutual respect.
3. Prepare each student for a fulfilling, happy and successful life as an active citizen in a global and
sustainable society.
4. Engage in positive partnership with all parents to support and recognize each student's learning
and development.
5. Network with other internal and external stakeholders to support thr needs and professional
development of the staff and students.
MY EXPLAINATION:

Setting goals gives us a long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses our acquisition of
knowledge, and heps us to organize our time and our resources so that we can make the most of our
life.
