the Secretarial Audit of the Company pursuant to 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made
thereunder and Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations for carrying out the Annual Secretarial Compliance
check of the Company pursuant to SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019 dated 8 th February, 2019 read
with Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations for the Financial Year ending on 31 st March 2023.

2015, this is to inform you that Olatech Solutions Limited (OTS) has signed a License Agreement with
HFCL Limited (HFCL) whereby HFCL, a leading technology company, which specializes inter-alia in
manufacturing WiFi equipment, associated controller, switches along with other telecommunication
equipment, optical fiber, and optical fiber cables, will bundle OTS WiFi Software applications which
includes AAA, WiFi Subscriber Management, Policy Engine, Self-Care and Captive Portals and DHCP
and pitch to customers globally as a joint offering for WiFi solution.

The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD4/2015 dated September 09,2015 are
annexed as Annexure-1.
