Flameout when refueling © Make sure to switch off the motor before refueling. ® A @ After refueling, do not start the motor until the tank is fasten down.WARNING A 1 Make sure which oil product you want. © Amixture of different oil products may do harm to the motor or person. 2.Make sure the nozzle is deep inside the tank and touches the oil port. © Refueling can produce static, then causing fire. © But static can be eliminated when the nozzle touches the port. © Ifthe nozzle is not placed deep inside the tank, it may drop out of tank. Thon the oil may eatch fire when mect the static. 3.Do not leave when refueling. The oil may spill out and cause fire if the auto-nozzle doesn’t work. © Safety of the Station declares that the operator should stand by when refueling. 4.Only containers specified by the law can be used for refueling, © No insulative plastic container is allowed. © The static wili catch fire in this kind of container. 5.Fasten down the tank lid. © Please fasten down the lid after refueling. © Ifnot, the oil spilling out will make the road slip, or even cause fire. Entire machine installation CAUTION A\ Matters needing attention 1) The horizontal interval between the fuel dispenser and the underground tank should be smaller than 30m, the vertical interval between the oil intake in the fuel dispenser and the lowest oil level in the tank should not to be bigger than 4m. The oil level in tank is no more than inlet opening of fuel dispenser 2) The interval between the fuel dispenser installment position and the building, the railroad, the road should conform to the fire stipulation. 3) The fuel dispenser pedestal should be installed in the cement foundation which specially supposes, fixed with the foot bolt; The oil transportation pipe, the power wire threading tube, the signal wire threading tube , grounding lead wire and so on pipeline should be buried in advance for drawing out from the pipeline pit in the cement foundation; The pipeline pit should be filled up with yellow sands after the fuel dispenser installation. The fuel dispenser's pedestal installation site plan is shown in the figure. 4) When the displacement between the centre of the oil pipe buried in advance and the centre of the oil intake in the fuel dispenser is not bigger than Smm, after putting the gasket, the oil intake can connect with the corrugated pipe's end. The corrugated pipe may make the few elongation and curve, then can take facilitates to the installation (flange is a awl pipe, the screw thread is Re1.5 inch) 5) The single-way valve should be installed in the bottom of the oil intake pipe In the tank, the single-way valve's lowest end is approximately 100mm from the bottom of the tank. 6) The mouth of the intake pipe, drawed out from the tank, is 75mm higher than the cement foundation. 7) This machine should be installed in outside with the awning, exempting the rain.6. Attention! Each fuel dispenser should alone match a switch. 5) The user,who uses the power supply generatot,must pay attention that before you start the generator, you must shut off the fuel dispenser's power source! Then insert crank into hand device and speite it by clockwise. Meanwhile the display will show the fueling information. Routine maintenance [ | caution A\ It must cut the power supply before examine the electric, can't overhaul with electrification, 1, Machine part maintenance 1) Keep the surface of fuel dispenser clean and tidy At any time, included shell, panel, door plate, display glass, hose, nozzle, keypad, and so on. 2) Regularly clean the filter, Normally one time about one month to avoid oil line block-keep oils clean. If it is new oil sation, because the filth in pipeline may so many, it should be cleaned once within one or two day , or cleaning when observeing the oil slow, 3) Frequently inspect various pipelines! connection parts, various parts’ gaskets ,if there is, any infiltrates, please promptly solve the problem. 4) Nozzle is a using frequent part during fueling, and is easy to fail, so handle it with care During fueling , not permitting to take the nozzle head into oil box and no one hold it, Regularly check if it has oil leak for Nozzle parts. Regularly tighten the screws of nozzle. 5) Each month inspect the measurement accuracy of the fuel dispenser with the standard measuring instrument, if there is the ultra difference, please promptly contact the relative department. 6) Periodically inspect the fuel dispenser’s oil flow quantity, if the current quantity is insufficient please promptly adjust (for example adjust elastic wheel, or electrical machinery space, replace triangle belt, pumps scraper and so on). 7) Should avoid the refuel car to grind the refuel hose, avoid the wire of hose break,and avoid static fire. 2, Electrical part maintenance 1) Regularly inspect nozzle switch, if the switch resistance number becomes bigger, or the switch appears the serious attrition, please process it in time. 2) Periodically inspect various electricities wiring and the ground wire connection . 3) Periodically inspection backup battery, when the voltage is low, please promptly charge or replace it.The common failures and solutions caution A\ Before trouble shooting, must be sure no combustible Gas or liquid state.
