    I. Put the verbs in brackets in Conditional type II. Follow the example.
    Ex: If I (to go) to the cinema, I (to watch) an interesting movie.
    If I went to the cinema, I would watch an interesting movie.
    a. If I (to come) home earlier, I (to prepare) dinner.
    b. If (to live) in Rome, Francesco (to visit) us.
    c. If he (to be) my friend, I (to invite) him to my party.
    d. If they (to have) enough money, they (to buy) a new car.
    e. If Susan (to study) harder, she (to be) better at school.

    II. Form the passive voice in appropriate tenses for the following exercise.
    Follow the example.
    Ex: TV /invent / Baird.
    TV was invented by Baird.
    a. Pyramids /build/ Egyptians.
    b. Milk /produce/ cows.
    c. Coffee /grow/ in Brazil.
    d. Plants / water/ everyday.
    e. The robber / arrest/ the police/ yesterday.

    III. Write at least ten modern inventions (home appliances, work devices).
    IV. Write at least ten sports.
