and 13% popularity. Beach
holidays and Skiing received
relatively similar responses
across the four countries, with a
difference of only 8% and 10%
respectively, between highest
and lowest percentages.
The holidays that produced the
greatest difference in response
were hiking and city holidays.
Hiking was most popular in New
Zealand, at around 38%, which

across all responses. However, in
South Korea the popularity of
hiking was only just over 10%.
City holidays, on the other hand,

skiing; however, only 20% of
people in China enjoy skiing.
Beach holidays are preferred by
between 15 and 20 % of people
in New Zealand, China and South
Korea but they are more popular
in Australia where 25% of people
prefer them.
The preference for city holidays
varies greatly with only around
7% of people in New Zealand
preferring them compared to
around 30% of people in China
and Southern Korea. Hiking also
has significant differences
between countries. Over 35% of
people in New Zealand like this
type of holiday while only 12% of
People in South Korea enjoy it.
