1. Bulldoze apartment.
2. Remove TLC objects. Skip this if you are using Nik Nak’s mod.
3. Remove existing windows and door. New windows are already placed
correctly!
4. Place 2nd (SECOND) room.
5. Place 1st (FIRST) room.
6. Add stairs (I used Get To Work stairs for more industrial look).
