Throughout my time in the agency, | was reporting direct to team KK Ervinna even though | was recruited personally by Mr David. 02. The reason I'm requesting to change team from KK Ervinna to KK David Agency is because | want to work under guidance from Mr David Wong. When I'm with KK Ervinna team, my performance at work drops significantly and | worry that I could not achieve my goals and ambitions. Year 2020 performance was the result of me working 100% under guidance from KK Ervinna team. There's nothing wrong with KK Ervinna guidance. However, | cannot seem to get along with their working culture. 03. | fear | cannot perform as much as I could like year 2019 because during 2019, | was under guidance from Mr David Wong. | need to make some changes and surround myself with positive and constructive environment, ‘Therefore, | decided to change my team to be direct under KK David Agency.
