THE BLIND GIRL

A group of students were chatting and laughing excitedly near the sidewalk.
They seem to be talking all at the same time when suddenly they became silent. They

THE RAT

The rat belongs to the mouse family although it is larger than mouse. It has also more scales on its

tail than a mouse. There are rats of different sizes and colors. The brown Norway rat is the most destructive

and powerful. Black rat can still be found in cities near the coasts and in countries with warm climate.

PLANT PESTS

For over three hundred years, the Filipino had suffered the cruelties of the Spaniards. They

THERE ARE STILL KINDHEARTED PEOPLE

Jay woke up early and prepared a cup of hot coffee for his mother. He was going to the
market to help clean the stall of the old butcher whose helper went away.
“Be careful Jay, ” his mother advised him. “ There are many dogs around and it is still

ANIMAL BITES
