Dear Mr. Deepak Chandra Sekaran,
With reference to your application and the discussion you had with us, we are
pleased to offer you the position of Assistant Manager in our company, on the
following terms and conditions
1, You will be paid a compensation of Rs. 10,00,000/- per annum, as per the
details furnished in the Annexure
The company will pay full premium for:
2) Mediclaim Insurance Policy for hospitalization for yourself, spouse
dependent children (maximum of three), dependent parents and
Parents-in-law,
b) Personal Accident Insurance for yourself.
3. You will be eligible for reimbursements of transition expenses. As per
policy, any employee having been given such reimbursements will be
required to repay the said amount to the company, in the event of such
employee leaving the services of the company on his own accord, within 3
(three) years from the date of joining the company.
4. You will be eligible for 21 days of annual leave or as per company rules,
5. The company will contribute 12% of your salary to the Provident Fund
Scheme
6. Gratuity will be paid at the rate of 15 days salary for every completed year
of service, as per rules.
7. Your place of work initially will be at Anekal where you will be given the
necessary training and orientation for your job. Thereafter, you will be
posted to any region in India as per the policy of the company and as per
the exigencies of work.
8. During the period of your service, you will be liable to be transferred to
any place or to any other division or associates of our company, existing
or to be formed in future, or to any of our group company, in any place, if
required
9. This appointment is terminable by giving three months’ notice or three
‘months’ pay in lieu thereof, by either party. However, acceptance of salary
in lieu of notice will be at the discretion of the company.

10 You shall not engage yourself in any outside work over and above your
legitimate work in the company, on duly days, on holidays and when you
are on leave
11. You will work as per work pattern assigned to you by the company and
you should also be bound to work on shifts, if necessary.
12.You will not take up employment with a competitor of the company for a
period of three years from the date of leaving the services of the
company
13.You wili not disclose or divulge to any person or Company except to the
extent permitted in writing by the Company either during the continuance
of your service with the Company or any extension thereof and even after
the cessation of your employment with the Company by any reason
whatsoever:
i. Any secrets, affairs, confidential information entrusted to you or
coming to your knowledge relating to the Company in the course of your
employment.
ii, Any special and/or secret knowledge of processes developed by the
company or by its collaborators;
ii, The truits of any special training that may be imparted to you by the
company or the fruits of any research contributed either by you or other
employees, in the course of your or their employment with the company.
14.1f you are confirmed in a permanent post, you shall retire from the
services of the Company on your attaining/completing 58 years of age,
provided that your continuance after completing 55 years will be subject
to your being found medically fit. If you are found medically unfit by the
company, you will be relieved from the services from the date specified in
the order, which may be issued to this effect. The age declared by you at
the Une of entering service shall be the age for determining the age of
retirement and it shall not be liable for alteration, The medical report and
the decision of the company in this regard shall be final and binding on
you
15.The terms and conditions of your service will be governed by the ‘Code of
Conduct’ for management stalf, the details of which can be found in the
annexure,
16. Our appointment will take effect from the date on which you report to duty
in our company.
17This offer is subject to your being found medically fit by our company
Chief Medical Officer.

to production of original bills within 60 days from your date of joining
iv. Communication Allowance of % 2,500 p.m. introduced to meet out internet / data,
telephone / mobile related expenses. This will be subject to tax to the extent to
which the bills are not submitted. The invoice from service providers should be in
the name of the employee.
v. Professional Development Allowance is introduced to meet out the
expenses towards higher studies / certificate courses undertaken during
the financial year. This will be subject to tax to the extent to which the
bills are not submitted.
