Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama o PhilHealth Konsulta Package is an outpatient health services covered by PhilHealth which is an expansion of primary care benefit to cover all Filipinos as mandated by the Universal Health Care Law. .. The following are the benefits of this package: 3.1 health risk screening and assessment; 3.2 initial, and follow up consultations; 3.3 access to laboratory tests, drugs and medicines . In view of this, mandatory registration of all SDO employees, (Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel) and their beneficiaries are expected.
