SUBJECT: SPACE FRAME CONFLICTS,

This report includes the obstacles that encountered during the erection of
the space frame and the checkup of the packing list with the drawing.

Firstly: Packing list issues compared to the drawing: -

• Container no. BEAU5087510: -

➢ Package no.3 is missing from the list.


➢ In package no.2 strut member no.72 has no enough data for quantity on the list.
➢ In package no.2 strut member no.75 on the list 6 members, while on the drawing are 8
pieces.
• Container no. FCIU7623677: -

➢ In package no.3 strut members no. (52-57-56-54-63-49-53) quantities are lesser than
existing on the drawing.
➢ Also in package no.3, strut members (40~48/50/64~90) missed from the package list.
➢ In package no.1, strut member no.18 is more than existing on the drawing by 2 pieces.
➢ Also in package no.1, strut member no.48 missed.
➢ All strut members in box (4# & 5#) in package no.2 are more than needed, because
package no.2 is already mentioned in container no. BEAU5087510.
• Container no. FFAU1009448: -
➢ In package no.4, strut member no.87 quantity is more by 1 piece.
➢ In package no.4, strut member no.9 quantity is more by 9 pieces.
➢ In package no.4, strut member no.57 quantity is lesser by 1 piece.
• Container no. TCNU3148260: -
➢ In package no.6, strut member no.42 has been mentioned by 60 pieces which makes
conflicts with the drawings.
➢ In package no.6, strut member no.3 quantity is more by 1 piece.
➢ In package no.6, strut member no.6 missed from the package.
Secondly: issues during the space frame erection on site: -

• Container no. (TCNU3148260-BEAU5087510-FCIU7623677): -


➢ Strut member no. 73 (2 pieces) missed.
➢ Strut member no. 33 & 53 & 4 (1 piece each one) missed.
➢ Strut member no. 5 & 35 & 61 (1 piece each one) missed.
➢ Strut member no. 54 (1 piece) missed.
➢ Strut member no. 6/29/43/85/83 (1 piece each one) is remaining on site.
➢ Strut member no. 37 (2 pieces) is remaining on site.
Node number 15 Qty = 1.0 missed
