ARTICLE THREE

ALLOCATION OF REMAINING
TRUST ASSETS

3. The trust assets, including all property that becomes distributable to the trustees as the
death of me, not effectively distributed under the preceding provisions of this
Agreement shall be allocated and distributed as follows:

3.1 The trustee shall make the necessary arrangements for the sale of my real and
personal property. The net proceeds, shall then be distributed as follows:

3.1.1 Fifteen percent (15%) to Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Baxter, Montevideo, Minnesota
56265, as a lasting memorial for the Lars Johnson Family, Leonard M.
Johnson, Olga I. Johnson, Donald L. Johnson and Betty Jane Johnson;

3.1.2 One percent (1%) to the Cemetery Fund of Our Savior's Lutheran
Church of Baxter, Montevideo, Minnesota 56265, for care of the one (1)
family burial plot for Lars Johnson, Guri Johnson, Leonard M. Johnson,
Olga I. Johnson, Donald L. Johnson and Betty Jane Johnson. This
includes putting fresh flowers or artificial wreaths on the burial plot on
Memorial Day;

3.1.3 Fifteen percent (15%) to the Lac qui Parle Lutheran Church, Dawson,
Minnesota 56232, as a lasting memorial for the Lars H. Graven Family, Olga
Graven Johnson, Donald L. Johnson and Betty Jane Johnson;

3.1.4 One percent (1%) to the Lac qui Parle Lutheran Church Cemetery Association,
Dawson, Minnesota 56232, for care of the two (2) family burial plots, one
(1) for Lars H. and Christine Graven, and others, and one (1) for Oliver L.
Graven, and others. This includes putting fresh flowers or artificial
wreaths on the burial plots on Memorial Day;

3.1.5 Ten percent (10%) to the Lac qui Parle Hope Network, Madison,
Minnesota 56256;

3.1.6 Ten percent (10%) to the Humane Society of Willmar,


Minnesota;

3.1.7 Ten percent (10%) to the Lac qui Parle Game Refuge DNR Natural Resources Agency,
Watson, Minnesota 56295, to be used for feeding pheasants, deer, and
geese during the winter or at such other times as it become
necessary;

3.1.8 Ten percent (10%) to Heart Research, Heart Fund (Memorials), whose address is 4701
West 77th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota;
3.1.9 Two percent (2%) to the Montevideo, Minnesota School District to be used to provide
college scholarships for graduates from the Montevideo High
School interested in elementary education. Annual scholarships in
appropriate amounts up to $500.00 may be given until the fund is
exhausted;

3.1.10 One percent (1%) to the Mountain Lake, MN Elementary Public School in Mountain Lake,
Minnesota 56159, to be applied to the purchase of equipment and
technology for the students;

3.1.11 One percent (1%) to Green Lake Bible Camp, Spicer,


Minnesota 56288;

3.1.12 One percent (1%) to Camp Courage Center, whose address is 3915 Golden Valley
Road, Golden Valley, Minnesota 55422;

3.1.13 One percent (1%) to Sons of Norway, Jaabak Lodge No. 264,
of Montevideo, Minnesota 56265;

3.1.14 Five percent (5%) to the Watson Fire Department of Watson, Minnesota 56295,
to be used for equipment or training;

3.1.15 Ten percent (10%) to Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota, for use in
making improvements to the Lac qui Parle County Park, Madison,
Minnesota 56256;

3.1.16 One percent (1%) to the Lac qui Parle County Museum,
Madison, Minnesota 56256;

3.1.17 One percent (1%) to the Dawson Public Library at Dawson,


Minnesota 56232;

3.1.18 One percent (1%) to the Montevideo Public Library at Montevideo, Minnesota
56265;

3.1.19 One percent (1%) to Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Baxter Sunday School,
Montevideo, Minnesota 56265;

3.1.20 One percent (1%) to Farmer's Union Summer Camp for Boys and Girls, whose
address is c/o Minnesota Agriculture, 1717 University Avenue, St. Paul, MN
55104;

3.1.21 One percent (1%) to Boy Scouts of Dawson, Minnesota to be used towards
uniforms/patches, excursions and equipment; and

3.1.22 One percent (1%) to Girl Scouts of Dawson, Minnesota to be used towards
uniforms/patches, excursions and equipment.
