Hey! 😊
The template should give an overall idea and help you to structure your own
motivation letter. This template is inspired by my own. I was accepted to all 3
programmes I applied to and received the EM scholarship. So this template really
works. 😊
I recommend you to use this template as an inspiration. We all come from
different backgrounds and therefore there is not one universal template. If you
have worked for years, talk more about your recent work experience than your
university studies. If you haven’t worked yet, mention your internships, volunteer
experience or describe to what you dedicate your spare time.
Think of the people in the committee who have read hundreds of motivation
letters, so make your letter original! Try to make the motivation letter precise,
consistent, polite but confident. Be yourself! Good luck!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am looking for a suitable Master degree programme urged me to investigate and endeavor to
discover cure for mortal disease, thus everyone can pursue their chosen lifestyle. … WHAT DO
YOU SEARCH, and WHAT DO YOU SEARCH . That is exactly what I found in the NAME OF THE
PROGRAMME.

I completed my bachelor studies in FIELD OF YOUR STUDIES. My studies have provided me with
EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE LEARNT I spent INTERNSHIP, EXCHANGE SEMESTER For that reason/ This help
me to/ I have gained/I have learnt WHAT HAVE YOUR LEARNT….. This experience made me realize ANY
GAPS/ PROBLEM/ISSUE IN THE FIELD YOU HAVE STUDIED?

Besides the university, I have experience in NAME WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCED AT and……. NAME
WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCED AT. For example, I did/ have SAY A CONCRETE ACCOMPLISHMENT.
