Clause Title ‘Tank Body Shell Required Documents ‘The following documents shall be attache: Ds a The tank shell drawings, 2-Mill certificates in accordance with EN 10204, 3.1 as a minimum requirement, Material certificates shall be provided for the entire equipment including but rot limit to the following aluminum sheet plates, piping, fittings, structure etc 3-Fitup reports, 4- Welding reports, 5- Welding Procedure specifications and POR, 6-The welders’ certificates. 7- Welding details for critical components. £8-Tank Hydrostatic pressure Test General and for each compartment and, Volume/capacity for each compartment to be recorded. 9- Pressure test for the connected piping. 10: Leak Test Certificate, 11-Supplier should share the complete procedure for fuel evacuation during ‘emergency (Accident / Roll over) 12 Supplier should give Loading & Discharge sequence, compartment wise, generally we deliver the Fuel compartment wise to different customers. 113-ADR certificate for each tanker signed and stamped from the ADR authorized representative.
