Narrator: Is it rolling? Oh, yes? Thank you.

Narrator: A love so true is indeed like the many petals that softly dance with the wind during spring.
Some say that it’s sweet, happy, and, even more so, warm. Many people can do anything for love.
Occasionally, however, a love so tender can make a person blind to the truth; blind enough to go past
familial bonds. Blind enough to fall in love with their own brother.

Two siblings sitting side by side, not taking eyes off each other. Chrota giggles while taking off a petal off
Chroma’s hair

Chroma (Placing his hand on Chrota’s face): I can’t take this anymore. Let’s be more than sisters. They
wouldn’t understand.

Chrota (Shocked) : What..?

Chroma: Let’s move on from this “bro” phase and onto our prophase

Chrota embraces Chroma and both laugh happily

Narrator: That was the happiest day of my life. I decided was nothing more that I could ever care for
more than my brother, Chrota. He was my world; the one who meant the most to me. But, alas, many
people had their eyes on us. Disgusted, they would look down on us for being more than siblings.

Nucletita (Angry, not having the best time): What is this I hear? The two of you, in a relationship?

Chrota (Flustered): Aunt Nucletita, I can explain-

Nucletita: Silence! I will have none of it! You two are an embarrassment to this family

Nucletita raises her hand, preparing to bunal Chrota and Chroma

Spin stops her by holding her hand and Dle pulls Chrota and Chroma away

Dle: Come with me!

Nucletita: Never show your faces within my household again!

Nucletita looks at Spin and pulls her hand away

The siblings run away with Spin and Dle

Narrator: We went through tough times. No one would accept a relationship like ours, so we had
nowhere to go back then. All that we had was the mercy of our two friends who saved us from the
wrath or our angry aunt.

Spin: You two have to move.

Chroma: What?

Dle: Our parents are out for our heads after hearing about you two.

Chrota: But we’ll have nowhere to go!

Spin: Hmm. Ah, I know of a place where you two can live. It’s at the city of Ekwator. My aunt used to
have it as a rest house, but she left it to me in her will.

Dle: Hey, but Spin, wouldn’t that garner them more attention since Ekwator’s at the center?

Spin: No one there knows them, Dle. Especially since the rest house is at the outskirts so there’s hardly
anyone.

Chroma: Thank you so much

Spin: Hey don’t mention it, we’ll bring you there

The journey na pagdala nina Spin ug Dle begin towards the rest house (one side of the room to the other
ra siya)

Spin: Here we are.

Dle: We were able to rent a place nearby so we’ll still be neighbors

The two wave goodbye

Transition to next scene

Narrator: We began to live a happy life together, thanks to our friends, Spin and Dle. Days were blissful
and every morning was filled with laughter in the household. That’s why I didn’t understand it. I didn’t
know where it all had started.

Chrota: I'm tired. This - this relationship. Nothing is what it used to be back then. I'm no longer happy -
what it is between us?
Chroma (In pain): I’m no longer satisfied with us. Days have been nothing but hell with you. I'm tired as
well, don't you see? I see you just standing there, ignoring all affection I shower on you. I can't do this
anymore. Maybe this should be the end of our metaphase..

Chrota: THEN LEAVE! We were never meant to be together from the beginning in the first place. You
and your wails, to be honest, I never liked to listen to them at all!

Chroma: FINE! I’m packing my genetic material cause you’re just generic material!

Packing na dayun si Chroma

Spin (Running padulong nila): What happened? Chroma? What-?

Chroma runs to embrace Spin and the latter does as well

Chrota: YOU WERE WITH HIM ALL ALONG?! I deserve an explanation. I deserve an acceptable reason.
(STARTING OVER AGAIN (2016) - Piolo Pascual as Marco)

Chroma (Crying): He loved me at my worst. You had me at my best. At binalewala mo ang lahat and you
chose to break my heart. (John Lloyd Cruz as Popoy ONE MORE CHANCE (2007)) Farewell.

Chrota: Chroma, wait! (Grabs Chroma’s hand)

Narrator: Love can be full of ups and downs. It can also be terrifyingly blinding. In Chroma’s case, he
thought that the one for him was his sibling; his brother who was birthed by his mother. Ignoring all
harsh comments, the two decided to face the world. However, the two were unable to stand the
challenge of time.

Narrator: The story of Chroma and Chrota reminds us that no matter how unconditional love can be,
there can be many factors that can end it.

Narrator: This is Charorita Sanduke, reminding you that ikaw ang bida ng iyong kuwento. Good
Afternoon everyone.
