Terms and Regulations for Security Access Card
1. The security access card facility is strictly for owners/tenants of Vertical Corporate Tower 8.

2. A deposit of RM50.00 shall be paid upon application of each access card (refundable if card return is in good
condition - card is useable, do not crooked / cracked I chipped / with hole, card must be clean in term of no
stain / scribble and the T&C printing at the back of the card is legible etc.), and RM30.00 (subject to GST)
administration charges.
3. Misplaced, lost or damaged card due to cardholder's negligence must be reported to the Management Office
immediately to disable the said card. A deposit of RM50.00 will be imposed as non refundable for the
replacement of each new card and RM30.00 (subject to GST) administration charges.
4. If the missing card is later found by the cardholder within seven (7) days, RM50.00 is refundable, provided the
card is in good condition. However the balance of RM30.00 and GST is not refundable and shall be served as
administration charges.
5. If the sticker of the access card is found damaged or the printing of the sticker is found to be incorrect due to
the mistake of the applicant, a fee of RM10.00 (subject to GST) will be imposed as non refundable
administration charges for the replacement of each new sticker.
6. The security access card issued is for a specific person only and strictly non transferable.

7. The Management reserves the right to terminate and withdraw the access card, if found with any breach of
security and no refund of deposit will be entertained.
8. The Management reserves the right to vary the fee at anytime.

9. The above terms and regulations are subject to changes as the Management deemed fit without any prior
notice.
Security Access Card User Guide
1. DO NOT bend or fold the card
2. DO NOT expose the card to heat or direct sunlight (eg. place the card on car dashboard)
3. DO NOT expose the card with strong magnetic field (e9. leave the card on speakers, TV, microwaves)
4. DO NOT pass through washing machine
5. DO NOT punch holes on the card
6. DO NOT pass through other card systems such as bank ATM, Touch N Go etc.
7. DO NOT try to hack or change the card contents by whatever means, too may fail attempts might result to the card
being permanently locked

This is to confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Regulations
as stipulated in the attach form. The Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms
and Regulations at any time without prior notice to me.
