The Science of Differentiation College Certification Program
In 2003, Ra began to introduce the complexities of the Mechanics of the Maia.

Through myriad of Courses, Lectures, and Seminars the knowledge base was pro-
foundly expanded.
Holistic Analysis is the integration of PHS Primary Health System, Rave Psychology,
Variable, Lunar & Planetary Resonance and Base Orientation knowledge with tradi-
tional chart interpretation. This program was made possible in part by Ra’s creation
of Maia Mechanics Advanced Imaging, programmed by Asi Farran. MMAI is the pro-
fessional tool of Academy graduates. MMAI incorporates and illustrates the full spec-
trum of a unique mapping.
Holistic Analysis is the full realization of Human Design analytical potential. Holistic
Analysis is open to students of advanced and postgraduate programs and to students
of the Science of Differentiation College.
Each Semester includes ten lectures as scheduled below:

This is a transcript of the third semester lectures of the three-semester Cer-

tification Program. Ra lectures in the first hour and then in the second hour
(which was not transcribed) does an interactive workshop with student contributions
in order to practice their oral presentation.

Introduction
The Layout of the Class Structure
Hello and welcome to all of you. Welcome to this final round of Holistic Analysis.
First of all about the way in which this program is going to work. For the first seven
weeks of the program, the first seven sets of classes, basically I will do what is fun-
damentally a lecture in the first hour and then we will do an interactive workshop in
the second hour.
Everything about certification in this program is about oral presentation. I'm really
not going to wait to see if there's going to be volunteers to contribute to what we're
doing. I'm just simply going to call you and ask you, invite you, whatever the case
may be, inform you to make a comment because I think it’s very important. I think
a lot of you aren’t necessarily comfortable with that. I'm sorry, but it really is what
this is all about.
This is real oral tradition that we’re working with here. This is the transformation
that takes place in a higher level of communication between two people. So much
about the work of doing analysis for others is about one’s basic skills in being able to
communicate and being comfortable in communicating. So, it is really something
I’m going to stress throughout this, because I think that this is really an essential
ingredient. After all, we’re all in this together and it really is about participating as
fully as you can.
There are No Set Parameters for a Holistic Analysis Reading
The process that we've been through, we’ve been through two theoretical semesters
where we looked at the Design and Personality in its various holistic potentials, and
last semester the opportunity for me to be able to work individually with each of you
and to give you a holistic analysis. One of the interesting things about holistic analy-
sis is that there is no THE analysis.
If I were again to go through this process of giving each and every one of you a
holistic reading using this level of the knowledge, I could do it in an entirely different
way with a focus on something else. I think that's one of the things that I tried to
make evident in that. I hope that most of you at least had a chance to a number of
these analyses, because it really is at the core of what we’re doing.

In other words, this is not about a fixed reading the way you would do so, for exam-
ple, with a Human Design analyst in which there are set parameters for the work
that has to be done. And even though there can be many levels of a foundation
reading, fundamentally it’s really about the same thing, getting the same message
across. Holistic analysis is very different. It is not for the novice, after all. It’s for
somebody who's really in their process, because it is something that is very deep
and at the same time any holistic analysis can take different perspectives.
Variable is a Gateway to Real Differentiation
What I really want to bring you to now is not theoretical anymore. That is, I want to
give you a framework upon which you can use the information you have and use it
effectively. In other words, develop techniques, or simplify it for you in terms of
preparation to do analysis for somebody. Where I’m going to begin—let me give you
a chart. This is the Just Now I used for 13:30 GMT today for the forecast that I do
each day on Facebook, so this is the assumption of a birth in this case with this par-
ticular data at that time.
