2 An application form will be rejected if:
(a) It is incomplete in any respect, or
(b) It is not accompanied by the required certificates and evidence, or
(c) Information and documents submitted are incorrect or false in any respect, or
(d) It is submitted after the last date
3 For the present award, the achievements in the preceding year only will be considered.
4 As such, all information and certificates for achievements should be submitted for not more than the preceding two years.
5. ACADEMIC:
(a) The appropriate Board / University / Institute and Exam should be indicated by deleting the other one.
(b) The information about subjects, marks and percentage should be accurate and correlate to the mark sheets and certificates attached.
6. CO-CURRICULAR AND EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, GAMES AND SPORTS:
(a) The information and achievements should pertain only to recognise events and competitions organised by recognised and official bodies and associations at District, State,
Media Design & Printing Centre, The City Palace, Udaipur

National or International level.

(b) Consideration will be given only, for distinction in actual performance at an event or a competition, not simply selection, or presence at a camp or training programme.
(c ) Simply inclusion as a member of a team, in team game, may not get any credit in the absence or evidence of actual excellence in performance.
