Important Conditions to Take Note:


• Each letter allows complimentary admission to the Singapore Zoo and River Safari for up to four (4) persons, one of
whom must be an employee/member of the corporate member named above. The employee/member must be present
and produce valid Singapore Public Service Card with MOE logo (PS Card) or MESRC Associate or Corporate
membership card along with the signed authorisation letter or pdf copy via mobile phone for benefits to be valid.
• Each letter can only be used ONCE a day.
• Retain and produce this copy to enjoy 20% discount at selected F&B outlets and 20% discount off selected retail item.
• In the event of unauthorized use or copy of the letter, Singapore Zoological Gardens will confiscate the letter and
verification will be done with the company which will take appropriate action for any willful violation.
• In the event that the letter is detected to be presented more than once on the same day; the employee/member will be
liable for the additional entry at Singapore Zoo and River Safari’s prevailing walk-in rate accordingly.
