The 1st WHEREAS CLAUSE should be read as follows:
i. WHEREAS, Section 80(b) of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as
the “Local Government Code of 1991,” states that there shall be
established….

B. 2nd WHEREAS CLAUSE – Same comment with letter “A”.

C. Add another Section pertaining to Meetings:

SECTION _____. MEETINGS AND QUORUM. The board shall meet as often
as necessary, which shall be presided by the Chairperson. In the absence of the
Chairperson, the Members present constituting a quorum shall elect among themselves
who may preside for such meeting only.
The affirmative vote of a majority of the members present during the meeting
shall be necessary to approve an action of the board.
