SHEWETH
That the convict appellant preferred this appeal
against the Judgment and Order of conviction and sentence
dated 21.09.2022 passed by The Learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Mymensingh in Trishal G.R case no. 156 of 2015
arising out of Trishal Police Station case no. 21 dated

18.05.2015. Convicting the Appellant under section 326 of The

Penal Code-1860 and sentencing him to suffer rigorous
imprisonment for 2(two) year and to pay fine Tk. 1,000/00 (one
thousand) in default of payment of fine to suffer rigorous
imprisonment for 1(one) month more.

Now the convict appellant prays for confirmation of

bail on the following amongst other.

G R O U N D S

1. For that the convict appellant is innocent about the alleged

occurrence.
2. For that the conviction and sentence passed by The
Learned Court below is not based on natural, disinterested
and independent witnesses.
3. For that there are good grounds of allow the appeal.
4. For that the convict appellant was granted bail by The
Learned Court on 08.11.2022 after suffering jail since
21.09.2022 to 08.11.2022.
5. For that there is no chance of the convict appellant of his
abscondance.

And for this act of grace the

humble petitioner as in duty
bound shall remain to pray.
