THE FALLS OF JERICHO

Do you ever feel eating some ice cream and realizing that it is not
enough? Not satisfied? Want some more? Then this recipe will truly blow
not only your mind, but also your taste buds as you try the blissful and sumptuous
taste of “The Falls of Jericho”

Here is the reference of our store (Falls of Jericho is not included as it is a surprise to our
customers, we don’t want to spoil the fun and excitement ^__^)

Ingredients Needed:

 1 kg of ice cream Mango

 1 kg of ice cream Strawberry
 1 kg of ice cream Vanilla
 1 kg of ice cream Chocolate
 1 kg of ice cream Cookies and Cream
 1 kg of ice cream Cookie Dough
 1 kg of ice cream Buttered Pecan
 1 kg of ice cream Moose Tracks
 1 kg of ice cream Neapolitan
 1 kg of Raspberry Sorbet
 Chocolate syrup
 Strawberry Syrup
 ½ kg of Cashew Nuts
 ½ kg of Nips
 ½ kg of Sprinkle
 Mints (will put individually in Sorbet)
 Big Glass (square) Note: This dessert is massive so it should be BIG!!
 Dry Ice Crushed
 Water
 Artificial grass
 Big wooden box (you will put the grass and dry ice here) Note Must be
wider than the Square Glass

Process:
1. Put the Artificial Grass in the big and wide wooden Box, and put the dry ice
(must be caution with it, put in the center, and the sides.
2. Put the square glass above them
3. Then scoop the Ice creams and arrange it per layer base on the arrangement
above from mango to Neapolitan flavor ( 1 flavor only per layer)
4. After you arrange them put the raspberry sorbet per scoop of ice cream in
the top.
5. Put a generous amount of Cashew Nuts, Nips, and Sprinkles (use all ½ kg).
6. Put the mint each scoop of Sorbet.
7. Drizzle generously with Chocolate and Strawberry Syrups.
8. When done, there is a small gap between the square glass and the wooden
box as the wooden box is wider.
9. Put the water in the wooden box and the dry ice will begin the sublimation
10.Voila!! You have now the Smoking Expensively Looking Falls of Jericho.

Note: It will weigh around 13-14 kg!! So watch the amount of ice cream you
eat, and just like the name suggest, like the falls of Jericho, this dessert is the
representation of it, where you will build a layers of ice cream with different
variety of flavors that will suit the taste buds of the customer with a
generous amount of toppings falling from above, finishing with a classic
look of the smoke coming from the dry ice.
