06. Transport policy
6.1 - All Island transport free for G I products which Quotation value over LKR 1,000,000.00
6.2 - No any free transport for any other product
6.3 - Chargeable transport will be calculated from the shortest location to customer site either from Anuradhapura or Navinna
07. Deposit/Transfer slip should be faxed or emailed for payment confirmation.
08. Six wheel/Ten wheel (17 Tons) lorry must be able to have easy passage into and out of the above site. if not goods will be unloaded at the nearest
point or else returned back to the SRT office. Transport charges will not be refundable in this case.
09. 10 days advance booking should be made for standard product range.
10. Make sure to get the confirmation of the stock availability before making the payment.
11. If the given contact number is not reachable while delivery is taking place,the lorry will be returned to our office and the transport cost has to be
bared by the client.
12. The company shall not be liable for the defective products if:
(a) The defect arises because the customer failed to follow the company's oral or written instructions on the installation or maintenance of the product.
(b) The customer or a third party alters or repairs the product.
(c) The defect arises as a result of fire, storm, flood, bursting of water tanks or pipes, falling trees, impact, malicious damage, accidental damage and is
not as a result of fair, wear and tear.
(d) The product has been subjected to improper use, accident or improper maintenance by the customer or a third party.
