Introduction

We're happy you've become an employee and hope you thoroughly enjoy the
challenges of your job. We have prepared this Employee Handbook to provide you with
an overview of policies, as well as to familiarize you with some of your responsibilities.
This Handbook is not intended to be a contract or to otherwise create any legally
enforceable obligations. Nonetheless, all of our employees are expected to read and
comply with this Handbook and become familiar with all of its provisions.

Mission and Vision

As one of the companies from the field, BatAcc Company were seeking to an
improvement and help to increase the economic growth of the country. We are shining.
We are sturdy. We are elastic. Aim to produce a high quality of satisfaction from the
consumers today and for the present.

Handbook Acknowledgement Form

I understand that I am free to leave the Company at any time for any reason,
and that the Company reserves a similar right. Thus, both the Company and I have the
right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without advance
notice and with or without cause. In addition, if the Founder and CEO or the President
of the Company makes such an agreement with me, I understand that it must be in
writing and signed by one of these two designated individuals and me.

Discrimination Policy

BatAcc Company believes that all persons are entitled to an equal employment
opportunities and does not discriminate against its employees or applicants. The
company is also committed to provide the workplace free from gender inequality and
sexual harassment based on an individual's age, race, sex, color and some unique
things they had.

Illegal Transaction Policy

The Company is used for legal transactions that allowed by the Government and
the employees must follow the rules and regulation of this Company to earn trust from
the customers. This policy prohibited the employees to stop making a negative action
from their field.

Attendance and Tardiness Policy

BatAcc Company believes that individuals who are complete in attendance and
an early bird will be having a good position at the Company. For the employees that are
late will be having a fine of P500.00.

Mobile Phone Safety Policy

To protect the Company and its employees against potential injury and liability,
you are prohibited from using any telephone or cellphone for any work-related business
purpose while operating any vehicle. If you want to use a telephone or cellphone for
work-related business while driving, please bring first the vehicle to a complete stop in
a safe location and put the vehicle in parking gear. Please do not resume driving until
you have concluded your conversation.
Social Media Policy

The Company is highly prohibited the employees using Facebook, Youtube,


Twitter, Instagram and other social media outlets during work hours. However, they
can use social media outlets if it is work-related business.

Code of Ethics Policy

Integrity is the most valuable asset of a company and is directly related to the
conduct of its employees. Employees are expected to devote their best efforts to their
full-time performance. They are expected to use good judgment, to adhere to high
ethical standards, and to avoid situations that create an actual or potential conflict
between the individual's personal interests and the interests of the Company.

IF AN EMPLOYEE REFUSES TO FOLLOW THE POLICIES OF THE


COMPANY, THEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY UNEMPLOYED.
