Why did u choose this career?

I choose this career because of my bright future...i mean this is the only career where i can prove myself and increase my personality and overall growth....and make me well professional....

I think this company & post which i applied for suits me & my career skills very much.i also think this organization is one of theleading companies in ...... field.so i think it would be good for me if i become a part of this organization to groom myself in this field. when anynew work is assign to me,i forget all others things around me at that time

WHY SHOULD I HIRE U?

Because I am hard working & I think I have all necessary qualitiesthat are required for this job.

Brooding over a matter too much. I can not sleep at night if something goes

wrong. Sometimes that type of seriousness is not good.

Normally this is the department of a company that manages anything to do with the employment of its workforce; i.e. payroll, medical benefits, 401k savings, retirement, and profit sharing. Q.when you know about something and say Yes I know the answer is 'Confidence' and when you don't know the answer and still try to answer the question is 'Over confidence'. Confidence is when you say "yes i can so this job" over confidence is i only can do thi s job"

What is more important to you: the money or the work?

Money and work both are like siblings. But I believe when you work hard; money will flow to you. So work is more important than money. Only hard work can help you put another feather in your success cap. Q. out with 80% marks. My strengths are I can easily mingle with people and can communicate easily with others. I am an organized and self motivated person. I have enough confidence and will power to do any kind of functions that are assigned to me. I have potential to grasp things easily. I learn new information and data easily. My weakness is that I am a very short-tempered person and nowadays I am practicing yoga to overcome that. My hobbies are?(If u have any hobbies please mention here). (Please mention if u are really interested in a particular game or sports?) I lovetraveling and visiting different kinds of people. I like people who are really dedicated to their tasks and I hate people who deny opportunities. After telling all these things just relax yourself and say ? I believe that A good name is better than riches (it?s a proverb it may attract the HR) so wherever I go I will do my level best to get a good name?. Q.The carrier i choosed M.B.A is because of Hr only. Hr is the only area we can able to know the behaviour,attitude,psychology of aindividual.i have to work for the human problem,issues their values and thoughts.marketing also deals with the customer of different types but their solving of problems will come under Hr hr means human resource.hr is knowwdge ,skill,ability.obtained in the population but marketing is exchang the good&service one market to another market&also deals with customer but their solving problems will come under hr.

Question : What irritates you about co-workers?

Nothing irritates me, Every individual is different. Everybody hasnegative as well as positive points. If u look at things from their angle, things would seem more clear and analytical.

It is not worthless to say that HR provide the support to management in accomplishing the organizational objectives. Intellectual Management or Human Resource Management in this transition phase is handling by HR.
