CONSTRUCT FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ‘CREEK AND DRAINAGE CANAL NEAR THE SUBJECT BOX CULVERT IN BRGY. MATAWE, DINGALAN, AURORA WHEREAS, referred to the SP Committee on Laws, Ordinances and Legal matters, SP Committee on Public Works and Infrastructure and SP Committee on Environment and Natural Resources is the privilege speech of Hon. Christian M. Noveras on the problem confronting the construction of box culvert in Brgy. Matawe, Dingalan, Aurora; WHEREAS, the joint committee led by Hon. Mariano C. Tangson and Hon. Isidro Isidro P. Galban conducted an ocular inspection of the subject box culvert in Brgy. Matawe, Dingalan, Aurora and recommended that to further protect the surrounding areas from floods it is better to construct flood control structures on both sides of the creek and drainage canal NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Lordan 8, Roxas, unanimously seconded; BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the Provincial Governor to construct flood control structures on both sides of the creek and drainage canal near the subject box culvert in Brgy. Matawe, Dingalan, Aurora;RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be transmitted to Hon. Gerardo A. Noveras, Provincial Governor for information and reference.
